Contemporary Curved Rounded TV Console For Designer Living Room

A sweeping frame wraps one side of the Contemporary Curved Rounded TV Console For Designer Living Room, then runs into a wave-shaped base that carries the grain along its length. The cabinet above appears to float.

Form and storage

The raised cabinet holds media accessories, electronics and everyday items out of sight. A slim open shelf under the top gives soundbars and media devices a spot of their own. Long horizontal lines keep the console calm, so the curves and the wood grain take the lead. Everything about the outline is gentle, so the console can stand in for a piece of sculpture even when the television is switched off.

Materials and placement

Solid wood blocks are joined together to make the piece, and it ships in separate parts that need assembly on arrival. A gentle finish keeps the wood warm and tactile. It suits open-plan homes, apartments, reception areas or the wall beneath a mounted television.
